Acceptance of Terms

By using AiPay services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services Description

AiPay provides payment automation services for Kaspi Pay: invoice creation, payment verification, order matching, and fiscal receipt automation. We do not provide money withdrawal services and do not initiate outgoing transfers.

User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Payment Terms

AiPay pricing: 25,000 KZT/terminal/month (3-month minimum). The first 7 days are free trial.

Limitation of Liability

AiPay is not liable for losses caused by Kaspi system failures, incorrect data provided by users, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately for Terms violations.
